It can also reduce R&D effort for network technology creation, differentiation, innovation, and improved products. For instance, they can open up new possibilities in the telcos’ options that just weren’t there in the past, such as SDN [software-defined network] and NFV [network field virtualization].”


Soon, organizations will be looking to extend their functionality across an industrial automated business’s complete ecosystem and merge technology partners. Other players to work together for an agile business platform that will improve profitability end to end.
